The Boys and Girls Club of Baja California Sur, teamed up with the Los Cabos Hotel Association and Rancho San Lucas, the golf tournament was held on Los Cabos. It was a huge success!<\/h2>\n\n\n

The golf tournament was held on Saturday, August 20th, at Rancho San Lucas Golf Course<\/a><\/strong> which was designed by tour professional, Greg Norman. The event consisted of 60 players, with more than 28 sponsors, all in support of the 1st Annual Golf Tournament of The Boys and Girls Club of B.C.S.<\/a><\/strong> The event raised an approximate of $10,000.00 USD<\/strong>, which will be used for after school programs and other activities.<\/p>\n\n\n

The day was a great success with the tournament ending around 6:00 pm. Upon completion of the round of golf, participants were served cocktails, appetizers, and were provided with the opportunity to enter several raffles to win great prizes donated by the sponsors.  Music was provided while all in attendance awaited the final results of the golf tournament and raffle winners were drawn.<\/p>\n\n\n

The tournament format was a two-player scramble. The registration entry fee included: 18 holes with cart and GPS, unlimited use of the practice area, food and beverages, trophies for the top 3 teams and prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive.<\/p>\n\n\n
