An extensive evaluation process of the 139 restaurants<\/strong> entered began in April of this year to determine the winners in the 29<\/strong> categories. These winners were announced: 11<\/strong> determined by a jury made up of 70 local experts<\/strong>, and 18<\/strong> as the result of online voting \u201cmystery shopper\u201d, and a special award given<\/strong> to Carmen Consuelo Fiol Monta\u00f1o, better known as Do\u00f1a Pame. chosen by the organizing committee for Culinary Achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this year\u2019s edition, a total of 28,512 votes<\/strong> were cast by the public on the Culinary Awards App which tripled the amount in 2019<\/strong>. The application was launched this year, with a total of 7,228 users.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon arrival guess walked the red carpet while a live band provided by Gramusik, an event sponsor. Following the award ceremony, a celebration cocktail party was held in the spectacular lobby of the Vista Encantada with a live performance by DJ Alejandro Rivas and Patricio Hegewisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Crowe Mexico was the company ensuring the transparency and legality of the evaluation process and results for the third consecutive year.
