Fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of B.C.S.

Last Saturday, February 18th, the first Real Estate Rally was held in the prestigious community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. There was a variety of different activities such as: mini-golf, pickleball, basketball, darts, wine and tequila tasting, trivia contests, and other events. Money raised from registration was donated 100% to the Boys and Girls Club of Baja California Sur.

The Rally started at 2:00 p.m. at the Pedregal sales office. Eight four-person teams participated in the rally with more than 30 sponsors in support of the First Real Estate Rally in Pedregal all to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of B.C.S. Funds raised totaled $5,000.00 USD, which will be used for extracurricular programs and other activities.

The rally portion of the event ended successfully at approximately 6:00 p.m. with the arrival at the finish line of the participating teams. They were greeted with drinks and food supplied by the sponsors and awards for the winners. Live music spiced up the evening and there were some surprise gifts for the other teams.

The Rally Tour consisted of stops at 13 different stations, where approximately 28 lots were showcased, as well as a visit to the beach, the tennis and basketball courts, and the Pedregal Spa. The winners were the teams that visited all 13 stations and completed the activities at each location, and, completing this in the least amount of time.

The president of the Boys and Girls Club of B.C.S. Renato Mendonca congratulated all the entrants for their great support for this cause. In his words, «This would not be possible without the collaboration and interest of the local community, which is why we appreciate the donations and contributions of resources from our allies. Thank you for your participation.».
